How to download Google data using Google Takeout

You can export and download your data from the Google products you use, like your:

• Email
• Documents
• Calendar
• Photos
• YouTube videos
• Data about registration and account activity

This can be done using the Google recommended download feature called Google Takeout.

Please find the below steps on how to download the data using Google Takeout.

1)Go to takeout.google.com and log in with your Google account, from which you need to download the data.

2)Select the product that you want to download your data

For eg: If we want to download the Email data, then select the product Email

3)Click on Next Step

4) Delivery Method

An email with a link is delivered to you to download your Google data archive.

1. For "Delivery method," select Send download link via email.
2. Select Create export.
3. In the email that arrives, select Download archive.
4. To download your Google data, follow the steps on the screen.

You can either select One-time export or Scheduled export 

Available file types are Zip and Tgz files.

Depending on the amount of information in your account, this process could take from a few minutes to a few days.
