GWSMO
GWSMO stands for "Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook." It is a tool developed by Google that allows users to synchronize their Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) email, calendar, and contacts with Microsoft Outlook. GWSMO is designed for organizations that use Microsoft Outlook as their primary email client but also want to take advantage of the collaboration and productivity features of Google Workspace.
With GWSMO, you can use Microsoft Outlook to manage your Google Workspace email, calendar, and contacts, and keep them in sync with your Google Workspace account. This means that you can access your Google Workspace data from both the web interface and Microsoft Outlook, and any changes you make in one will be reflected in the other.
Some of the features of GWSMO include support for multiple calendars and email accounts, the ability to schedule meetings with Google Meet, and the option to search for Google Drive files directly from Outlook. GWSMO also provides several off administrative controls, such as the ability to control which Outlook features are available to users and the option to apply policies to specific groups of users.
